Control your AI: SailPoint can discover, aggregate, and secure every AI agent across your enterprise
AI agents are operational.
Control is optional… unless you make it intentional.
Every AI agent acting in your environment represents an identity with access. And every identity with access must be visible before it can be governed.
Visibility is not a feature. It’s the prerequisite.
SailPoint Agent Identity Security aggregates AI agents across any system and environment — so you can govern them with the same rigor as any other identity.
Native connectors deliver turnkey aggregation
AI agents are not built in one place. They span hyperscalers, AI development platforms, and embedded business systems.
SailPoint already provides many native AI agent connectors, and continues to expand to additional connectors. Recent additions include Microsoft Copilot Studio Agent, one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI deployment platforms.
These Microsoft Copilot Studio Agent connectors join a growing family of purpose-built connectors for the world's most popular agent building platforms, including Salesforce Agentforce, ServiceNow Agents, Snowflake Cortex, AWS Bedrock, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Azure AI Foundry, and Google Cloud (GCP) Vertex AI.
These integrations are turnkey. Install the connector, authenticate, and agents begin flowing into SailPoint with minimal configuration.
Speed matters. The longer agents operate outside centralized governance, the more likely permissions accumulate without oversight.
Native connectors ingest structured identity data directly from source systems, including agent objects, associated credentials, permission scopes, ownership metadata, and lifecycle signals. Once aggregated, agents are correlated into the broader identity model, where they can be assigned accountable owners, included in certifications, and evaluated against policy.
For organizations operating significant volumes of agents built on these platforms, this expansion is foundational to enterprise AI control.
Universal connectivity ensures full coverage
Enterprise AI stacks are inherently heterogeneous. Custom-built agents, niche AI tools, and internal buildouts will always exist… and not all will have a dedicated connector.
Agent Identity Security also uses SailPoint’s Web Services SaaS universal connector to bring in agent identities from systems that have REST, SOAP, or GraphQL APIs. This versatile and flexible connector is designed to ingest AI identities from any cloud system. If an AI agent makes its identity data available through an endpoint, SailPoint can effectively aggregate and manage it.
This eliminates the traditional divide between “supported” and “unsupported” systems to ensure governance keeps pace with innovation.
For executive teams, this is strategic. Governance cannot hinge on vendor-by-vendor integration timelines. It must scale as fast as the AI ecosystem evolves.
Connector depth enables governance, not just visibility
SailPoint connectors extract the identity attributes and access context required to operationalize control. Once ingested, AI agents can be:
- Assigned accountable ownership
- Subjected to access certifications
- Evaluated against least-privilege policies
- Lifecycle-managed from creation to decommissioning
- Included in audit and compliance reporting
This aligns directly with SailPoint’s real-time AI governance and security framework: visibility and risk analysis, ownership and user access management, governance and lifecycle control, and trust and protection.
Visibility determines control. When AI agents are aggregated, they can be governed with the same rigor as human and machine identities, all within one unified control plane.
AI governance is not about connectors.
It’s about control. AI agents are becoming operational infrastructure — embedded in revenue workflows, customer experience, analytics pipelines, and core automation.
Governance cannot be reactive, fragmented, or tool-specific. It must be systemic.
Agent Identity Security extends the enterprise identity control plane to AI agents — alongside human identities, machine accounts, and the data they touch. Native connectors provide turnkey aggregation for dominant AI platforms. Universal connectivity ensures coverage as the ecosystem evolves. All of it feeds into a unified governance model designed for scale.
AI innovation will continue to accelerate. Visibility must accelerate with it. If an AI agent operates in your environment, SailPoint can aggregate it. And if it can be aggregated, it can be governed.
That is how organizations move from AI experimentation to AI accountability — without slowing innovation.
