At Navigate, we had the chance to speak with Cody Warhurst, Director of Identity and Access Management at Keurig Dr Pepper. For Cody, a successful identity security program starts with the fundamentals. He emphasizes the critical importance of lifecycle management. “I'm a blocking and tackling type of guy,” Cody explains. “I think you have to get lifecycle management right. Onboarding, offboarding, change management of a user. If you're not doing that, I think the rest of it just forget about it.” This foundational approach ensures that employees get the access they need on day one.
