Introducing the Access Request Agent

Employees can describe the application they want to access to Harbor Pilot, the Access Request Agent will return a list of potential applications, and users can select the right one for their request, all within the Harbor Pilot chat interface. Additionally, users can ask Harbor Pilot for an update on active requests or a cancellation if needed. In the near future, the new agent will also enable users to request access on behalf of others, in addition to themselves.
