SailPoint launches new in-platform Certification review feature for ServiceNow

We’re excited to introduce the latest evolution in SailPoint + ServiceNow integrations: the launch of Certification review functionality directly within the ServiceNow platform as part of the Service Catalog integration.
This game-changing enhancement allows managers to conduct access reviews inside the familiar ServiceNow interface — reducing friction, increasing adoption, and streamlining governance. Built to meet the needs of fast-moving organizations, this feature brings the intelligence of SailPoint’s Identity Security Cloud (ISC) into the daily workflow layer where business happens.

With this new feature, managers can now:
- Extend or revoke user access
- Rely on AI-powered recommendations to support compliant, data-driven decisions
- Complete certification tasks inside ServiceNow, no platform-switching required

This feature is part of our latest Service Catalog integration — which includes 15+ custom widgets, record producer templates, and dynamic pages built natively on the Now Platform.
