One of the highlights of Navigate each year is the opportunity to connect with our customers, share successes, learn from challenges, and celebrate the collaborative spirit that drives us forward.

Navigate 2025 provided an inspiring glimpse into the powerful impact our customers are making with their identity security initiatives. We're excited to announce the EMEA winners of our 2025 customer awards, celebrating those who are leading the way and demonstrating the critical role of identity in today's business landscape.

This year's awards recognise excellence in the following categories:

Identity Security Champion: Awarded to customers who have built innovative and successful identity security programmes, achieving significant, measurable results.

Admiral of the Year: Recognising the customer who has most actively championed SailPoint's solutions and shared their expertise through our Admirals Club programme.

Identity Security Champion: The Metropolitan Police

The Identity Security Champion award recognises customers who have achieved significant success in building innovative identity security programmes. This year's finalists, voted on by the SailPoint Compass Community, included Ayvens, The Metropolitan Police, and Fresenius, all of whom submitted exceptional nominations.

Ultimately, the community selected The Metropolitan Police for demonstrating outstanding leadership and innovation, proving that identity is central to their business success. They have delivered powerful metrics and a huge transformational project within a highly regulated environment. Congratulations to The Metropolitan Police!

Admiral of the Year: Phil Worsley, University of Leeds

Our Admiral of the Year award is presented to an individual customer who has gone above and beyond in advocating for SailPoint through our Admirals Club programme. This year, we recognised Phil Worsley from the University of Leeds.

Between prospect calls, customer calls, speaking engagements, and more, Phil has graciously given his time and expertise to SailPoint, and we are extremely grateful for his invaluable commitment in helping others understand the power of SailPoint.
