SailPoint has introduced new Agentic Fabric packages specifically designed to address the growing challenge of securing non-human identities (NHIs), such as AI agents, bots, and machine identities, which are rapidly expanding the enterprise attack surface. These packages are built upon the SailPoint Agentic Fabric, an identity-centric set of capabilities providing comprehensive visibility, robust governance, and real-time response for the agentic enterprise.

The core problem these packages tackle is the "new identity crisis" in the age of AI, where the explosion of non-human identities often operates outside traditional security controls, creating massive security blind spots and new attack vectors. Many AI agents remain out of view, operating as unmanaged, hidden risks across various platforms, browsers, and endpoints.

SailPoint is introducing new Agentic Business and Agentic Business Plus. These suites are designed to tackle the "new identity crisis" in the age of AI, stemming from the explosion of non-human identities (like AI agents, bots, and machine identities). These identities often operate outside traditional security controls, creating a massive security blind spot and new attack vectors. The SailPoint Agentic Fabric, which underpins these suites, provides comprehensive visibility, robust governance, and real-time response to secure this expanding agentic enterprise.

SailPoint Non-Employee Risk Management allows organizations to execute risk-based identity access and lifecycle strategies for third-party non-employees and business partners. This add-on solution increases operational efficiency and reduces third-party risk by ensuring that external users are governed effectively.

For existing Identity Security Cloud customers who wish to incorporate agentic governance, they will need to upgrade to Agentic Business or Agentic Business Plus.

The Agentic Fabric – Basic helps organizations identify AI agents across the enterprise, understand ownership and access, and bring those agents under centralized governance with lifecycle controls, access reviews, least-privilege enforcement, and audit-ready evidence.

The Agentic Fabric – Advanced builds on that foundation by adding agent behavior monitoring in real time, drift or misuse detection, real-time authorization of agent access, score risk dynamically, and trigger coordinated automated response across identity and SOC teams.

The SailPoint Discovery Tool is a visibility solution that empowers organizations to manage hidden risk across their digital environment. It directly addresses the problem of unmanaged applications and the new blind spot of shadow AI. The tool continuously discovers applications, identifies ownership, and detects risky access patterns. Crucially, it also provides visibility into employee AI interactions, tracking usage of public generative AI tools and monitoring sensitive data uploads to prevent potential leakage.
