SAILPOINT IDENTITYTV 2026 GAME PROMOTION– OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The SailPoint IdentityTV 2026 Game Promotion (“Promotion”) commences on May 19, 2026 at 8:00AM CDT and ends on May 19, 2026 10:40AM CDT(the “Promotion Period”).

The Promoter of this Promotion is SailPoint Technologies, Inc., whose offices are located 11120 Four Points Drive, Austin, Texas, 78726, USA (“Promoter”). These are the terms and conditions (the “Official Rules”) that govern the relationship between Promotion entrants (“Entrants”) and Promoter in respect of this Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant confirms that they have the legal capacity to enter the Promotion. Each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Promoter, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Promoter is responsible for the overall administration of the Promotion. Entrants should look solely to Promoter with any questions, comments or problems related to the Promotion. Promoter may be reached by email at hannah.poyo@sailpoint.com during the Promotion Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is only open to attendees of IdentityTV 2026, on May 19, 2026 (the “Conference”) aged at least eighteen (18) years old (the “Eligible Entrant(s)”). Promoter, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (“Promoter Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. Members of the Promoter’s partner ecosystem (a list of which are available at https://www.sailpoint.com/partners) (https://www.sailpoint.com/partners), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (“Partner Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals of both Promoter Entities and Partner Entities are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. PRIZES: Winners will receive a discount code for either (i) ten percent (10%) off the “early bird” ticket cost for the Promoter’s event, Navigate 2026 in Austin; or (ii) ten percent (10%) off the “early bird” ticket cost for the Promoter’s event, Navigate 2026 in London, at the winner’s choice. The approximate retail value or “ARV” of 10% of a Navigate 2026 in Austin early bird ticket is USD $99.50, and the ARV of 10% of a Navigate 2026 in London early bird ticket is £29.50. Please note, the winner must utilize the discount code prior to the “early bird” ticket cost conclusion, which is prior to July 10, 2026 for Navigate 2026 in Austin and, prior to July 31, 2026 for Navigate 2026 in London.

Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received FROM eligible ENTRANTS. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer prize supplier. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Promoter reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason due to circumstances beyond Promoter’s control. The ARV of the prize represents Promoter’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Promoter makes no representation, warranty or guarantee concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded (other than any non-excludable representations, warranties or guarantees under law). Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. All other expenses not expressly specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All prizes must be able to be shipped to a US mailing address to be collected by prize winner. If prize cannot be shipped to a US mailing address, prize winner can opt for the prize to be sent to an international address, and prize winner will be solely responsible for all international shipping costs and associated importation and other taxes. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, and in its sole discretion to:

(a) disqualify any Entry that it considers to be illegal, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate; and

(b) disqualify any Entrant whom the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Official Rules or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to impersonate others or jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible Entrants may enter the Promotion by logging on to the Conference livestreaming platform during the Promotion Period, available through a link sent to their registration email. All entries must be completed by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Promoter’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.Entries received outside the relevant Promotion Period will be ineligible for entry into the Promotion. Entrants can only submit one (1) entry per Promotion Period.Any entries which do not meet these Official Rules will not be valid and will be automatically disqualified. All entries become Promoter’s property and will not be returned.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Entrants can only win one (1) Prize. The first three hundred (300) Eligible Entrants to log in to the Conference livestreaming during the Promotion Period will win the prize. Prize winners will be notified by email at their Conference registration email address by 5:00PM CDT, on May 20, 2026.Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason beyond its control, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

If a prize winner: (a) has contravened any of these Official Rules; or (b) is unable to accept the prize, then the prize is forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Promotion result.

6.PRIVACY: The Promoter is the “controller” of any personal information Entrants provide when entering this Promotion. The Promoter collects Entrants' personal information (full name, email, post code, company, job title, postal address and phone number (as submitted by Entrant in the registration process for the Conference) that Entrants provide when entering this Promotion for its legitimate interests, including for the purposes of Entrants' entry into this Promotion, to conduct and administer the Promotion and to fulfil prizes.

Any personal information supplied by Entrants will be subject to the privacy policy of the Promoter posted at https://www.sailpoint.com/navigate/privacy-notice and https://www.sailpoint.com/privacy. Please review the Promoter’s privacy policy for more information about the manner and purposes for which the Promoter collects and uses personal information, and Entrants' rights in respect of the personal information that the Promoter holds. Entrants have a number of rights in relation to their information, including rights to request access and correction of the information collected and/or processed by us about them. These rights can be exercised by submitting a request through the Data Subject Request Privacy Webform linked in Promoter’s privacy policy.

By entering the Promotion, you grant Promoter permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Promoter Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available winners list. If information requested is not provided, Entrant will not be able to submit a valid entry into this Promotion or claim a prize if selected as the winner. If Entrant is declared a winner, if required, Entrant authorizes Promoter to share winner's information with the prize suppliers. If Entrant has agreed to receive marketing communications from Promoter, Entrant will be added to Promoter's database, but Promoter will not share Entrant's information with third parties unless Entrant specifically agrees to Promoter sharing these details and Entrant can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from emails using the opt-out link or by emailing us directly at optout@sailpoint.com. Communications may include but are not restricted to news and offers.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered or incurred by Eligible Entrants or Entrants in connection with (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion.

This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under United States law.To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited (at the Promoter’s election), in the case of a supply of goods, the Promoter replacing or repairing the goods or supplying equivalent goods, or in the case of a supply of services, the Promoter supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part. In such event, Promoter shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Promoter reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Promoter. Promoter and Promoter Entities shall not have any further liability to any Entrant in connection with the Promotion.

8. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the winner list or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request to hannah.poyo@sailpoint.com. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than 30 days after the Promotion Period has ended.

9. GOVERNING LAW: This Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. Exclusive jurisdiction for litigation of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or breach thereof shall be only in the state courts in Travis County, Texas.
