An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variants exist in all public places where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness, serious chronic conditions and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, there is evidence that COVID-19 and its variants can be spread by asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic individuals, including even by vaccinated individuals, which can result in the “silent” spread of the virus.
By attending an in-person SailPoint event, you are confirming that you:
- are not experiencing any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including:
- Fever or chills
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue
- Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
- do not need to quarantine due to close contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19
- are not under any self-quarantine orders
Registrants who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not attend the SailPoint event. If at any point during your attendance at a SailPoint event, you do not meet all of the above criteria, you must leave the event.
Registrants who cannot confirm all of the above criteria, should reach out to the SailPoint events team at the email address provided during registration to discuss cancellation and refund.
By attending an in-person SailPoint event, you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by the above health-and-safety requirements. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you understand that by attending an in-person SailPoint event you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Due to variables out of SailPoint’s control, we cannot guarantee participants at an in-person SailPoint event that they will not be exposed to COVID-19 during the event. By choosing to attend, SailPoint does not assume any liability or risk associated with the actual or potential exposure to COVID-19, and you hereby assume any and all such risk.
