Mark has a successful track record building and growing ground-breaking identity management companies. In 2000, he founded Waveset Technologies. In its first three years, Waveset experienced rapid growth under Mark’s leadership, with revenue growth of 250 percent year over year. His leadership quickly took the company from small start-up to industry leader, ultimately leading to its acquisition in 2003 by Sun Microsystems, where Mark served as vice president of software marketing. Mark’s career also includes diverse experience in international sales and marketing with Hewlett-Packard and IBM/Tivoli Systems.

Cam has built his career around helping technology companies manage periods of explosive growth, and his deep expertise in this area has armed him well for his role as Chief Operating Officer for SailPoint. Cam’s approach is focused on carefully balancing the operational needs of the business while continuing to influence the company’s commercial endeavors as the leader in identity governance.

Prior to joining SailPoint, Cam was Managing Director and CFO of CenterPoint, a $425M early-stage technology venture capital group, where he managed lead deal structuring, LP relations, fundraising and operations activities. Before CenterPoint, he served as CFO and held senior financial management positions for a number of corporations including Dazel, Convex Computer and Texas Instruments.

As SailPoint’s CFO, Jason Ream brings more than 20 years of software and technology finance experience, as well as a proven track record of aligning financial execution with strategic vision. He most recently served as CFO for Mitratech, Relativity and SolarWinds, where he successfully guided the company through a period of growth and scale.
With a strong focus on operational excellence and communication with investors, employees and partners, he’s instrumental in providing strategic recommendations to the SailPoint executive management team.
Jason holds an A.B. in mathematics from Amherst College in Massachusetts.

Matt brings over 30 years of experience to his role as SailPoint’s Chief Revenue Officer. Matt spent over 20 years at Oracle as Senior Vice President North America Sales where he oversaw over 8,000 employees and was responsible for $4.5B in annual revenues. More recently, Matt was the CEO of MapR Technologies until 2018 and is currently a board advisor and member to early-stage SaaS companies.
Matt holds a BA in English from Ferris State University in Michigan.

A marketing veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Juliette Rizkallah brings a wealth of expertise and pragmatism to SailPoint in her role as Chief Marketing Officer. No stranger to the world of enterprise security, Juliette leads the company’s worldwide marketing efforts, and is responsible for articulating the company vision, product solutions, technology innovations and business purpose to customers, partners and media around the globe.
Juliette has held executive positions and was an agent of growth at some of the world’s largest technology companies, including Oracle, CA, Business Objects-SAP and Check Point Software. She started her career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company and Arthur Andersen France where she acquired her business impact focus.
Juliette holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris (E.S.C.P.) in Paris, France.
She is also a Forbes Technology Council contributing writer, an invitation-only organization for senior-level technology executives.

Paul Trulove has worked in product management and strategy for over 20 years, and now serves as the Chief Product Officer at SailPoint. With extensive experience in formulating innovative product strategies, launching new products in early-stage ventures, and growing products into category leaders, he leads our product teams to success through strategic communication and collaboration between our customers, partners and product development teams.
A SailPoint veteran, Paul joined in 2007 as head of product marketing, driving the product strategy, roadmap and messaging for IdentityIQ. He also played a key role in taking SailPoint from its early days as a pioneer in identity governance to a leader in provisioning and, most recently, to embracing new delivery models for identity as the company delivered its first enterprise-ready SaaS solution.
Prior to joining SailPoint, Paul led strategic product initiatives at Newgistics, including launching a variety of new products and services. He has also had marketing and sales positions for a variety of technology enterprises, including Sabre, Inc. and Pervasive Software.

As senior vice president, Dave Hendrix oversees the engineering, product management, DevOps and client services functions of IdentityNow and IdentityAI. He is committed to helping customers successfully adopt cloud identity governance and bases every action on two key priorities: building a great team and providing the best cloud identity governance solution possible.
Dave has a unique understanding of identity and an extensive background working for industry-leading SaaS companies. He spent 10 years as SailPoint’s SVP of client services, deploying our market-leading solutions at hundreds of organizations. Prior to SailPoint, Dave ran client services at Convio, a SaaS CRM company, where he was instrumental in increasing client renewal rates to more than 90 percent. Before that, he was in leadership roles at Kinzan and iXL, both cloud companies delivering B2B solutions. Dave is also a former member of the United States Air Force.

As senior vice president, Mike Siegel oversees the engineering, product management and client services functions of IdentityIQ and File Access Manager. He has experienced first-hand how transformative an identity platform can be to a company’s overall security posture by providing visibility, auditing and control across all systems, both legacy and next generation.
Mike has devoted nearly 20 years of his career to information security and made significant contributions to protecting customers while growing and cultivating elite teams. At Forcepoint (previously called Websense), Mike had responsibility for global product management and played a key role in growing the company, achieving a significant $2B exit with an acquisition by Raytheon. He was also responsible for technical marketing, analyst relations and business development/alliances. Prior to Forcepoint, he led a strategic and product shift toward mobile application security for enterprises while working at Mocana/Blue Cedar Networks.
Mike spent nearly a decade at McAfee, where he co-founded the data protection business unit and was responsible for the unit’s global product management and strategy. He began his career as a financial analyst for Deutsche Bank’s technology investment banking group. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

As senior vice president of corporate development, Joe Gottlieb directs SailPoint’s strategic technology partnerships and acquisitions based on the company’s growth objectives. He has over two decades of experience in a variety of executive roles at security and enterprise technology companies in Silicon Valley.
Gottlieb brings a long history of security and broad information technology experience to SailPoint working with companies such as Aerospike, Sensage (acquired by KEYW) and McAfee. Most recently, he was the CEO of Aerospike, Inc. where he led this NoSQL database vendor through its Series C funding round of $20 million. During his tenure at Sensage, Gottlieb first acted as the vice president of marketing and business development, guiding OEM relationships with HP and Cerner, as well as technology alliances with SAP, Cisco, EMC and McAfee. Based on his success in that role, he was promoted to CEO and president and, ultimately, led the company to be acquired by KEYW due to the company’s growth and differentiation in the SIEM market.
Prior to his time at Sensage, Gottlieb was vice president of corporate strategy and technology alliances at McAfee, where he created the company’s technology partner program, the Security Innovation Alliance. He previously held executive positions at Nokia, the META Group and Ernst & Young.

As our Chief Customer Officer, Andrew is responsible for delivering an integrated experience for every SailPoint customer. He provides critical customer feedback to the Executive Leadership Team and drives the rapid growth of our partner ecosystem.
Andrew brings a wealth of experience building and leading global customer-focused organizations that provide operational excellence and exceptional customer experience. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and GM Global Customer Success Services at Juniper Networks. Prior to that, he spent over three years leading and transforming Customer Success at NetApp. He also co-founded and led CREDANT Technologies for 12 years before it was acquired by Dell Technologies.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from Northern Illinois University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
Andrew chairs the Graduate Alumni Board for the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and is a regular guest lecturer for their MBA program and graduate degree programs.

Kevin Hansel is a big believer in identity governance. Over the course of his career, Kevin has seen first-hand the transformative impact that putting identity at the center of a corporate IT strategy can have on an organization’s overall security posture. Kevin has over 20 years of IT leadership experience working with a wide spectrum of organizations, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Hansel was Executive Director of IT at AT&T Wi-Fi Services, formerly Wayport, a national provider of one of the largest branded Wi-Fi hotspot footprints in the world. In that role, he managed a large IT organization supporting thousands of systems spread across multiple data and network centers that process billions of global Wi-Fi connections per year.
Prior to AT&T, Hansel managed the IT organization at another Austin-based startup, Applied Science Fiction, which was acquired by Eastman Kodak. Before that, he held IT leadership positions at Power Computing Corporation, HP Inc. and Convex Computer Corporation. Hansel holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

Chris received his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1999 and a B.S. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Michigan in 1996. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2000.

Charles Poff became SailPoint’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) after more than twenty years of strengthening security at companies like HomeAway, Inc., Symantec, IBM and Internet Security Systems (ISS).
As CISO of SailPoint, Charles is responsible for the overall security of our products, services, networks and assets. He is also a key stakeholder on SailPoint’s board-level Cybersecurity Committee, whose charter is to drive the company’s cyber risk resiliency across both its technology and its products.
Charles graduated from St. Edwards University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Systems Management (CSM) in addition to a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) with focus on security.

Troy Donley oversees SailPoint’s Americas sales activities and leads the regional sales teams. He believes those relationships to be the direct result of an unwavering focus on finding ways to make things easier and more efficient for customers.
In working with prospects and customers, Troy’s team works on mapping SailPoint solutions to their needs, and on determining how best to add value and solve problems for them. The sales team’s efforts are backed by the brainpower of the entire SailPoint organization – from sales and marketing to professional services and technology, all of whom come in every day intent on coming up with new and innovative ways to help customers succeed.
