SailPoint’s New Access Risk Dashboard in ServiceNow App Store

The big news this week at Knowledge15, ServiceNow’s annual user conference, is the launch of the ServiceNow Store, a place for customers to find, try and buy certified applications built by ServiceNow Technology Partners.

I’m happy to report that timed to the ServiceNow Store’s debut, we released the SailPoint Access Risk Dashboard. This is the first self-contained SailPoint application that runs entirely on the ServiceNow platform – meaning users do not have to be SailPoint customers to download (for free!) and benefit from it.

The new Access Risk Dashboard app offers visibility into ServiceNow access controls, and automatically assesses the risk posture of how access is being granted. Whether using native ServiceNow products, in-house/partner developed apps, or third-party apps downloaded from the ServiceNow Store, administrators can:

  • Collect information on access rights;
  • Utilize context-rich graphs and charts to provide actionable information about the current state of access permissions;
  • Identify which roles have been granted access within an application; and
  • Determine potential blind spots in granting access to applications.

Visit the ServiceNow Store today to learn more about the new ServiceNow Access Risk Dashboard app by SailPoint and tell us what you think. You can also see a video of the app at: www.sailpoint.com/servicenow-access-risk-dashboard.

And, if you are at Knowledge15, be sure to stop by the SailPoint booth #724 to discuss and see how the new App can provide you more visibility into your risk posture. We are also demoing the integration of the SailPoint IdentityNow Password Management Service with the ServiceNow Password Reset feature, which enables ServiceNow customers to offer their users a self-service option to automatically manage passwords across more than 80 on-premises and cloud-based applications – including Microsoft Active Directory, Office365, SAP and Salesforce – through a single interface.
