Our Customers Have Our Hearts
At SailPoint, we talk at length about the importance of our customers’ satisfaction and success. After all, their success breeds our success. This has remained our truth and mission since the very first day we opened our doors in 2005. While I wasn’t part of the SailPoint Crew back then, I know from many conversations had with Mark and the rest of our leadership team that this has very clearly been at the core of our DNA from the start.
While we say all the time that we love our customers and that they indeed love us right back, to have that in writing is solid gold. While we get these little ‘love letters’ all the time from our customers here at SailPoint, external ‘love letters’ are far harder to come by.
I am personally so thrilled and thankful to our customers who collectively shared their stories as part of Gartner’s Peer Reviews program. In the last year, we’ve received more than 90 positive, highly-rated reviews spanning our technology innovation, our customer success, support and implementation services and our commitment to meeting their needs at every stage of their journey with us.
With the high number of reviews received (with 5x as many reviews in comparison to most of the other IGA vendors included in the Peer Insights program), coupled with the strength of our ratings and breadth of companies who came forward to share their honest feedback with Gartner, this helped us to achieve the Customers’ Choice distinction. We are the ONLY identity vendor to receive this honor. We are also the only identity provider ranked on the Gartner Magic Quadrant for IGA to receive this Customers’ Choice distinction.
Our customers have always had our hearts but today, our hearts are brimming with love and gratitude for each and every one of them.
We have spent weeks, months, and years upon years working tirelessly to ensure our customers’ success. We follow through on our promises to each customer – leading with integrity, one of the pillars of our ‘Four I’s’ culture. If we make a promise to them, we keep it. Full stop.
Not that we needed the validation that this distinction by Gartner provides, to know without a shadow of a doubt that we are THE customers’ choice for identity today, it is certainly more than welcome.
