Annual Identity Governance Conference Draws Sold Out Crowd of Security Professionals
AUSTIN, June 13, 2017 – SailPoint, the leader in enterprise identity management, today welcomed its largest audience ever at the annual identity governance conference, Navigate ’17, with a sold out crowd of customers, prospects and partners. This year’s conference agenda includes keynote addresses from Brian Krebs, a well-known investigative cybercrime reporter and General Michael Hayden, former director of the CIA and NSA. Conference attendees will also hear from SailPoint customers including Cargill, Humana, Manulife, Nielsen, Orrstown Bank, University of Utah, Weight Watchers and Western Union.
As a new addition to Navigate ’17, SailPoint is honoring customers that exemplify the company’s core values, which are integral to the company’s success and by extension, its customers. Award recipients include:
- Innovation Award: Norwich University is an identity visionary who harnesses the power of identity to stay ahead of the constantly transforming IT landscape, ultimately making a significant impact on the university’s bottom line with their cloud-based identity governance program.
- Individual Award: Paul De Graaff, head of security and compliance for Weight Watchers, is an identity evangelist who recognizes the need to put identity at the center of the company’s IT security strategy and shares that vision with his peers in security.
Navigate ‘17 will deliver insightful content for a diverse group of attendees working in identity management across the world’s leading industries. This year’s agenda also includes keynote addresses that cover the future of identity management and how SailPoint is driving innovation in the industry around cloud-based identity governance, identity analytics and the intersection of identity governance and privileged account management. The conference will feature after-hours activities including the 2nd Annual Women in Identity Dinner where female customers, partners and employees will gather to discuss issues specific to women in the identity industry, including a panel with SailPoint leaders and speakers from GirlStart, Providence Health, and UPS.
