SailPoint Hires J. Cameron McMartin as Chief Financial Officer

Financial Expert Joins Company to Help Guide Global Expansion

AUSTIN, June 1, 2011 – SailPoint today announced it has hired J. Cameron “Cam” McMartin to be its chief financial officer. As SailPoint experiences record growth and increasing demand for its identity management software, McMartin’s strong record of scaling companies, maximizing revenue growth, and driving profitability will be key components of the company’s success. In his role as CFO, McMartin will drive corporate finance, operations, and investor relations at SailPoint.

“Based on our aggressive growth in 2010, the addition of the CFO role is vital to SailPoint’s ongoing success, especially as we expand our global footprint,” said Kevin Cunningham, president and cofounder of SailPoint. “We are excited to have Cam join our team with his impressive depth of experience and knowledge of financial and operational planning. His experience and foresight will be invaluable to SailPoint.”

“The SailPoint executive team has a proven track record of successes and the company has established a leadership position in the identity management industry,” said McMartin. “It is rare to find a company that equally values its employees, its customers, its innovation, and its growth. I look forward to helping scale the company for even more success.”

McMartin has more than 30 years of financial management experience in the CFO role, both with private and public software and hardware companies. Most recently, he was managing director and CFO of CenterPoint Ventures, a $425 million early-stage technology-focused venture capital group, where he led deal structuring, Limited Partner (LP) relations, fundraising and operations activities. He previously held similar executive positions at Convex Computer Corporation, Datacard Corporation and Dazel Corporation. McMartin began his career in finance and operations at Texas Instruments.
