In his role as CEO and Founder of SailPoint (NYSE:SAIL), Mark brings almost 35 years of experience in technology, with over 20 years as a founder and leader of innovative identity management companies. Under Mark’s direction, the company has grown into a publicly recognized leader in its market. Mark directs and drives the overall vision and strategy for SailPoint, which is underpinned by his commitment and passion for building top-performing teams, creating a collaborative and innovative work environment, and focusing continuously on the needs of customers.

Prior to SailPoint, he co-founded Waveset Technologies, which was ultimately acquired by Sun Microsystems. Mark’s career also includes diverse experience in international sales and marketing with Hewlett-Packard and IBM/Tivoli Systems.
Matt brings over 30 years of experience to his role as SailPoint’s President, Worldwide Field Operations. Matt spent over 20 years at Oracle as Senior Vice President North America Sales where he oversaw over 8,000 employees and was responsible for $4.5B in annual revenues. More recently, Matt was the CEO of MapR Technologies until 2018 and is currently a board advisor and member to early-stage SaaS companies.
Matt holds a BA in Business from Ferris State University in Michigan.
Grady Summers has a variety of technology and leadership positions spanning over 20 years and now serves as the Executive Vice President of Product at SailPoint. Grady is responsible for driving SailPoint’s technology roadmap and solution strategy, ensuring strong and consistent execution across SailPoint’s identity portfolio. Most recently, Grady was the Executive Vice President of Products and Customer Success at FireEye. Prior to that, Grady was a Principal at Ernst and Young, helping to lead the firm’s information security practice, and was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at General Electric, overseeing a large global cybersecurity organization.
Enabling fast-growing companies through talent strategy is in Abby’s DNA. As Chief People Officer for SailPoint, Abby’s charter is to recruit and grow the strongest identity team in the industry.
Having been with SailPoint since 2011, Abby created the company’s original “People Team,” including driving a differentiated employee experience and a globally recognized organizational culture. Her strong drive to attract and retain the best talent in the industry has not only helped to make SailPoint a leader in identity but SailPoint is now regularly recognized by Glassdoor, Fortune and Austin Business Journal for its values-driven culture. In addition to driving all areas of talent strategy for SailPoint, Abby is also responsible for SailPoint’s global facilities and real estate footprint.
Prior to SailPoint, Abby held various Human Resources positions including ten years at Trilogy, comprehensive acquisition work with Versata Software and additional time at BMC Software and IntelliQuest. Abby holds a BBA in Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chris joined SailPoint in 2017, bringing a wealth of knowledge on corporate transactions, including extensive M&A and securities experience. As SailPoint’s General Counsel, Chris oversees the company’s legal matters, including corporate transactions, intellectual property, corporate governance, litigation, legal compliance, and M&A activity.
Chris is a 16-year legal veteran whose practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, technology transactions, and compliance and corporate governance. Chris joined SailPoint from Vinson & Elkins, LLP where he was a Partner in the Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Chris received his J.D. from the University of Michigan in 1999 and a B.S. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Michigan in 1996. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2000.
Since joining SailPoint in 2014, Meredith Blanchar has been instrumental in leading Customer Success and Support practices. She firmly believes Customer Success is a mindset, not an organization. With the support of SailPoint’s customer-first culture, she has built a team of unrelenting customer advocates and programs that drive continual value to SailPoint’s ever-growing customer base and partner network.
Meredith has an extensive leadership background in customer success and a unique understanding of the voice of the customer. Prior to SailPoint, she ran customer success at CallidusCloud, a global leader in sales performance management. She has also worked in various customer success positions at Journee Software and PCOrder.
Troy Donley oversees SailPoint’s Americas sales activities and leads the regional sales teams. He is responsible for driving SailPoint’s revenue growth in Americas via direct sales and channel partners, and his sales team has worked with some of the largest US-based global companies. He believes those relationships to be the direct result of an unwavering focus on finding ways to make things easier and more efficient for customers.
In working with prospects and customers, Troy’s team works on mapping SailPoint solutions to their needs, and on determining how best to add value and solve problems for them. The sales team’s efforts are backed by the brainpower of the entire SailPoint organization – from sales and marketing to professional services and technology, all of whom come in every day intent on coming up with new and innovative ways to help customers succeed. Troy and his team contribute to that ongoing conversation by bringing the customer’s voice to the table, driving innovation with real-world problems and market needs.
Troy joined SailPoint in 2006 as Director of North American Sales bringing over fifteen years’ experience in building strategic customer relationships and sales leadership. His experience in sales management roles with innovative technology leaders includes Sun Microsystems, Waveset Technologies, SeeBeyond and IBM/Tivoli.
Steve Bradford brings to SailPoint nearly 30 years in IT, with more than 20 years spent selling enterprise software and SaaS solutions. He serves as SailPoint’s Senior Vice President, EMEA, where he is responsible for driving consistent growth across the company’s EMEA business. Steve joins SailPoint from Automation Anywhere, where he served as the company’s Vice President of Europe. Previously, he held senior sales leadership roles at ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP and IBM.
