Getting there
By Subway:
- From Bloor-Yonge or St. George Station: Take the southbound Line 1 (Yonge-University) subway to St. Patrick Station. The Chestnut Residence is approximately a 3-minute walk from St. Patrick Station.
- From Union Station: Take the northbound Line 1 subway to St. Patrick Station. Alternatively, you can take the UP Express from Union Station to Toronto Pearson International Airport and then transfer to the subway at St. Patrick Station.
Walking Directions:
- From St. Patrick Station: Exit the station and walk east on Dundas Street West. Chestnut Street is the first set of lights east of University Avenue. Turn left onto Chestnut Street; the Chestnut Residence is located at 89 Chestnut Street.
- From Dundas Station: Exit the station and walk west on Dundas Street East. Chestnut Street is the second set of lights west of Yonge Street. Turn right onto Chestnut Street; the Chestnut Residence is located at 89 Chestnut Street.
From the Airport:
- Airport taxis and limousines are available at the terminals. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes. Overnight parking is available to residents.
Weather
Toronto in October typically experiences cool, autumn-like weather. Average daytime temperatures are around 14°C (57°F), with nighttime lows near 8°C (46°F).
To stay comfortable, we recommend dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket or umbrella in case of rain.

Is there a fee to attend this event?
We’re excited to offer this event free of charge to all end-user attendees. Registration is subject to approval.
Will accommodations be provided?
Please note that we do not have a room block for this event. If you're traveling from out of town, we recommend booking early at a nearby hotel of your choice.
