How do I register for the conference?
Register online. If you have any issues while registering, please contact our Navigate events team at navigate-emea@sailpoint.com.
What forms of payment will be accepted?
Payment is due in full at the time of registration and must be made via credit card in U.S. dollars.

Please note, Identity University: Skilled Sessions on 4 November is NOT included in the Navigate registration fee. This is an optional add-on event.
I can no longer attend. Can I send someone else in my place?
Attendee substitutions may be requested by sending an email to the Navigate registration team at navigate-emea@sailpoint.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00pm BST fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the conference start date, to avoid incurring a substitution processing fee. Onsite substitutions will incur a £100 processing fee. Granting a substitution request is at the discretion of SailPoint.
I can no longer attend. How can I cancel my registration?
Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing via email to navigate-emea@sailpoint.com and are subject to the below cancellation fees. Cancellations received between date of purchase and 11:59 pm BST ninety calendar days prior to the Conference start date will receive a full refund of registration fees paid, less a one-time £50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after 11:59 pm BST ninety calendar days prior to the Conference start date. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during registration. Credit card refunds must be issued to the original credit card. Any requests to change the payment method used for a completed registration will incur a one-time £50 change fee. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own associated hotel and travel reservations and SailPoint takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses should you cancel or change your registration.
How can I make a hotel reservation for Navigate?
We’ve negotiated a special hotel rate at event hotel, Intercontinental London – The O2, for Navigate attendees. Please book online by 30 September. Please refer to your housing confirmation email for the full cancellation policy.

What is Identity University: Skilled Sessions?
4 November is an optional day for attendees to get hands-on training at our Identity University: Skill Session track. This training session is a half-day course for beginners to intermediate attendees who want hands-on classroom training. All attendees will receive a badge of completion. Please note, this is a separate registration outside of Navigate and a separate payment.
