Will Navigate be in-person or a hybrid event?
Navigate 2025 will be a three-day, in-person event. Select keynotes will be live streamed. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity.
How do I register for the conference?
Register online. If you have any issues while registering, please contact our Navigate events team at [email protected].
What forms of payment will be accepted?
Payment is due in full at the time of registration and must be made via credit card in U.S. dollars.

Please note, Identity University: Skilled Sessions on Thursday, October 2 is NOT included in the Navigate registration fee. This is an optional additional event.
I can no longer attend. Can I send someone else in my place?
Attendee substitutions may be requested by sending an email to the Navigate registration team at [email protected] with the names of both the original and substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00pm CT on September 12, 2025, to avoid incurring a substitution processing fee. Onsite substitutions will incur a $100 processing fee. Granting a substitution request is at the discretion of SailPoint.
I can no longer attend. How can I cancel my registration?
Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected] and are subject to the below cancellation fees. Cancellations received between date of purchase and 11:59 pm CT ninety calendar days prior to the Conference start date will receive a full refund of registration fees paid, less a one-time $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after 11:59 pm CT ninety calendar days prior to the Conference start date. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during registration. Credit card refunds must be issued to the original credit card. Any requests to change the payment method used for a completed registration will incur a one-time $50 change fee. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own associated hotel and travel reservations and SailPoint takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses should you cancel or change your registration.
How can I make a hotel reservation for Navigate?
We’ve negotiated a special hotel rate at both the event hotels, Fairmont Austin and Austin Marriott Downtown, for Navigate attendees. Please book online by August 26. Please refer to your housing confirmation email for the full cancellation policy.
Are rooms available at a government rate for public sector attendees?
A limited number of per diem rooms are available at the Fairmont Austin for qualified government employees. Please book online by August 26.
