Identity University: Skilled Sessions is NOT included in the Navigate registration fee.

Yes, there is a Buy 3, get 1 free offer available during registration. All passes need to be purchased during the same transaction to get the 4th free.

Identity University: Skilled Sessions is a full day of education on SailPoint’s newest and most relevant technology. Participants have access to two education tracks and can attend a single track or a mix of sessions from both. The two education tracks offered are:

• Extending the SaaS Identity Security Solution (technical audience)
• Leveraging AI in Identity Security (general and technical audience)

Participants must bring their own computer to use on-site for this session.

The cost to register for Identity University: Skilled Sessions is $415 which can be added during the Navigate registration process. By attending, you will also earn a $300 voucher toward any SailPoint Professional Certification exam taken by December 31, 2023.

Attendee substitutions may be requested by sending an email to the Navigate Registration Team at [email protected] with the names of both the original and substitute registrants. All requests for substitutions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. (CT) on September 8, 2023, to avoid incurring a substitution processing fee. Onsite substitutions will incur a US $100 processing fee. Granting a substitution request is at the discretion of SailPoint.

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected] and are subject to the below cancellation fees. Cancellations received between date of purchase and 5:00pm CT on June 30, 2023 will receive a full refund of registration fees paid, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between July 1, 2023 and 5:00pm CT on August 25, 2023, will receive a 50% refund of registration fees paid, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after August 25, 2023 (5:00pm CT). Please note: Any requests to change the payment method used for a completed registration will incur a $50 change fee. SailPoint reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, in SailPoint’s sole discretion, including for past or present failure to meet SailPoint’s standards of conduct.

We’ve negotiated a special hotel rate at Fairmont Austin of $349/night + taxes and fees for Navigate attendees. Book online or call (888) 240-7773 and reference the SailPoint Navigate conference. Individual reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival to receive a refund of your deposit. Please refer to your housing confirmation email for the full cancellation policy.

Please contact the Fairmont Austin directly to inquire if government rates are available over our program dates. Due to occupancy levels this might not be possible.

All public areas, restrooms and food and beverage stations will be thoroughly sanitized and maintained throughout the conference, and face masks will be available upon request at the registration desks.  Hand sanitizers and signage with our Health Acknowledgement terms (https://www.sailpoint.com/covid-19-policy/) will be easily accessible throughout the venue.
