Similarly, IdentityNow presents single sign-on (SSO), provisioning, access certification, and password management capabilities. It is a cloud-based model that allows customers to choose between a monthly or yearly subscription fee, thereby eliminating costly capital expenses and ensuring a lower cost of ownership. While customers of traditional enterprise software are responsible for deploying and updating software and maintaining related hardware platforms, SailPoint IdentityNow offers IAM-as-a-Service and manages the underlying platform and software.
