Before SailPoint, Western Union was using four separate solutions to address their identity governance efforts, but found that they were not cost-effective or providing the functionality they needed. So they decided to expand their existing SailPoint implementation to use IdentityIQ as their single, enterprise-wide IAM platform, and haven’t looked back since.
