The organization continues to evolve to provide better service (many through subsidiaries) in radio, TV, movie, music and publishing, and according to HR Asia was recognized as one of best companies to work for in Asia.
ABS-CBN manually enabled access to systems for employees and knew this process was unsustainable at the rate they were growing. When the organization learned that a handful of terminated employees still had access to systems and data, investing in an identity governance program became a high priority.
ABS-CBN partnered with SailPoint for their identity governance journey to mitigate potential risk. They eliminated over a thousand orphaned accounts in the organization. Alignment with the business units has driven high user adoption, and commitment to the new processes in place.
