At SailPoint, we strive to lead the market in both innovation and unparalleled customer service. These two priorities have taken us far with our customers and partners, and we’re proud to be the recognized leader in identity governance. While customer feedback is the most important to us, it’s always great when analyst firms like Gartner also recognize that excellence.
For the third consecutive year, Gartner has named SailPoint a Leader in the “Magic Quadrant for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)”. Our position as a Leader in the Magic Quadrant validates what our customers and partners tell us: SailPoint is the most complete solution to address identity governance needs in today’s market, whether on-premises or in the cloud. We’ve spent 10 years building a dedicated team that recognizes and addresses today’s identity challenges in the hybrid enterprise IT environment, and our devotion to the market shows.
This year’s report marks a major milestone, in that all three of SailPoint’s solutions (IdentityIQ, IdentityNow and SecurityIQ) were mentioned as company strengths. While IdentityIQ was the solution evaluated, primarily because Gartner restricted the report to on-prem solutions, IdentityNow was acknowledged as an enterprise-class IAM solution. Additionally, Gartner began the report by pointing to the growing trend of organizations looking to extend their IAM strategy to manage unstructured data, and pointed to SecurityIQ as an example of our “forward-looking product strategy.”

I offer my congratulations to the entire SailPoint team for another outstanding placement in this Magic Quadrant, and my thanks to our customers and partners, who trust us and collaborate with us to make the work that we do even better.
