Customers Shine at Navigate ’17 in Amsterdam
At SailPoint, we love Navigate because we get to spend time collaborating with our valuable customers, and even more importantly, give them a chance to shine. Identity governance often takes place behind the scenes, and while it greatly benefits the business overall (and its users), the spotlight isn’t often on the identity team itself. This is a big reason why we created a customer awards program this year, which we announced at our Navigate ’17 Austin event in June. It’s also why we routinely invite our customers to take the stage and share their identity governance journeys with their peers – giving them a chance to explain what has worked well for them, where they’ve taken away valuable lessons learned, and how they plan to evolve their identity governance program into 2018 and beyond. And it wouldn’t be Navigate without a chance for each of our customers to continue their identity education, network with peers and partners, hear from exciting industry speakers, and get an update on all the great things we have in store for them in the months and years ahead.
Some of the customers we’ve asked to share their identity success stories in Amsterdam this week include ABN AMRO, G-Research, NXP Semiconductors and Skandia. We’re excited to hear how the power of identity has enabled these customers and their organizations to move their organizations forward while protecting critical corporate information. Additionally, attendees will hear a keynote address from award-winning writer and broadcaster Misha Glenny, whose expertise focuses on cybersecurity, global organized crime and international relations.
As I mentioned earlier, this year we kicked off a new customer awards program designed to highlight those colleagues in our industry who exemplify our core values, which are integral to our success. If you spend any time at SailPoint and with each of us, you know how important these core values are to us because they power everything we do and even extend to how we work with our customers. These awards highlight customers that are pushing the boundaries of identity governance for their organizations. Award recipients for Navigate ‘17 Europe are:
Impact Award: Stolt-Nielsen made a valuable business impact with their identity governance program through a successful implementation of SailPoint’s IdentityIQTM – reducing manual efforts, greatly improving on-boarding processes, strengthening the company security posture and improving the ability to address audit requirements.
Individual Award: Núria Barceló i Peiró, NXP Team Lead and Manager of Identity & Access Management, is a great advocate for identity governance in her organization, managing both the SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNowTM projects, while providing valuable product feedback to continually improve SailPoint’s solutions.
