SailPoint is dedicated to prompt resolution of technical issues. As a customer, you select the level of support required from two support levels ensuring you receive the assistance required to maintain maximum performance of your identity risk management solution.

SailPoint currently offers a choice of two support packages:

  • Standard support – available between the hours of 8:00AM - 6:00PM Central Standard/Daylight Time, Monday through Friday
  • Premier support – 24x7 support for critical issues

Our online support center is the most convenient means of support and is available 24x7 for self-service technical assistance. In the online support center, you can:

  • Download software updates and patches
  • Log tickets and view status of previously submitted tickets
  • View updates to supported platforms and hardware
  • Access product documentation, technical articles, and FAQs
  • Receive guidance and tools for troubleshooting
