Support

SailPoint is dedicated to prompt resolution of technical issues. To ensure you receive the assistance required to maintain maximum performance of SailPoint IdentityIQ, you can choose the level of support you need from two support packages:

  • Standard Support: Standard support offers you the ability to contact our Support Team during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Premier Support: Premier support offers you non-stop support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to address your most critical issues.

In addition to working with our support team live, we offer an online support center which is the most convenient means of support and is available 24x7 for self-service technical assistance. In the online support center, you can:

  • Download software updates and patches
  • Log tickets and view status of previously submitted tickets
  • View updates to supported platforms and hardware
  • Access product documentation, technical articles, and FAQs
  • Receive guidance and tools for troubleshooting
