Every day, job-related events such as hires, transfers, moves or changes in duties take place that dictate changes in access privileges. Keeping up with these changes can be a struggle, especially as the number of users and/or events continues to grow.

The process of managing workforce churn and the resulting impact to identities and access privileges is greatly simplified with IdentityIQ Lifecycle Manager. By detecting events and automating the required changes, Lifecycle Manager reduces the burden as it integrates with authoritative sources of information about events, such as HR systems and corporate directories.

Streamline Management of User Lifecycle Changes

The Lifecycle Event Management capability supports a wide range of events such as new hires, transfers, moves or terminations through integration with authoritative sources, such as HR systems and corporate directories.

Using IdentityIQ, lifecycle events are detected and automatically trigger the appropriate access changes by initiating the appropriate business process, including preventive policy evaluation and approval processes, and driving access fulfillment via automated provisioning systems or manual change management. By centralizing and managing access request and change processes within the constraints of a pre-defined governance model, Lifecycle Manager enhances the organization's security and compliance posture and creates transparency for audit-related inquiries.
