Workshop Presenters

Darran Rolls, CTO, SailPoint
Darran directs the continued development and communication of SailPoint's technology strategy and vision. Previously, he was a member of the CTO's office at Sun Microsystems and led strategic technology and industry standards initiatives at Waveset Technologies. A respected contributor to several international XML standards initiatives, he served as Chair of the OASIS Provisioning Services Technical Committee and in that capacity led a two-year industry effort to develop the Service Provisioning Markup Language (SPML) Specification. Prior to Waveset, Darran served in senior technical leadership positions at enterprise software companies including IBM/Tivoli, PointOne Telecommunications and DBMX.

Mike Neuenschwander, General Manager, Strategy Practice, Mycroft
Neuenschwander is a thought leader in the identity management industry. Prior to coming to Mycroft, Mr. Neuenschwander was Vice President and Research Director at Burton Group--a company well known for its leadership in digital identity. Recently, Neuenschwander has received press attention for his work on next-generation identity services, such as the "limited liability persona" (LLP). A respected writer and speaker, Neuenschwander has published research on a wide range of identity topics. Market-leading software firms, including Microsoft, Oracle, and Sun, frequently rely on Neuenschwander's opinions to set strategic direction, as do a large number of Global 2,000 companies. Neuenschwander was also at the forefront of developing directory services, meta-directory services, and provisioning products during his time at Novell. As a senior product manager, Neuenschwander was responsible for Novell's identity product line and worked on projects such as digitalme (which is now resurfacing under the Higgins Project.)

Debra Cuadros, Vice President, Partner Relations, Simeio Solutions
Debbie Cuadros is the Vice President of Operations and Partner Relations. She has led multiple large-scale implementations for user provisioning, role-based access control, audit and compliance from both the client and vendor partner sides. As a recognized thought leader in user provisioning implementations, including business process remediation and other operational enhancements, Debbie has presented her lessons learned and observations at several industry conferences including Gartner Identity and Access Management Summit, Burton Catalyst Conference and CA World. She is knowledgeable about prioritizing applications for integration in the provisioning environment, engaging business stakeholders in projects, gaining quick wins in implementing enterprise roles and compliant audit and provisioning processes.
