Mark McClainCEO & Founder
Mark drives the vision and overall business strategy for SailPoint. Previously, he was founder and president of Waveset, where he helped establish the company's industry-leading position in the identity management space, including 250 percent revenue growth year over year for three years. Following the acquisition of Waveset by Sun Microsystems, Mark served as vice president of marketing for Sun software. He has diverse experience in international sales and marketing with Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Tivoli Systems.

Kevin oversees product development, marketing, sales and services at SailPoint. He previously served as founder and vice president of marketing for Waveset, where he turned ground-breaking innovation into tangible market results. Following the acquisition of Waveset by Sun Microsystems, Kevin led strategic positioning initiatives for Sun's software portfolio. A seasoned industry veteran, Kevin has brought innovative technologies to market for companies including UniSQL and IBM/Tivoli Systems.

Jackie drives SailPoint's marketing strategy, product management and outbound communications. Previously, she provided senior-level counsel to early-stage software companies, helping them to define business and product strategy and build market awareness. Prior to SailPoint, Jackie was director of marketing at Waveset. Following the company's acquisition by Sun Microsystems, she served as director of marketing strategy and operations for Sun software. Prior to Waveset/Sun, Jackie was the vice president of marketing at Journée Software (acquired by Initiate Systems) and held senior management positions at IBM/Tivoli Systems and Tandem Computers.

Martin FredricksonVice President, International Sales and Corporate Development
Marty leads SailPoint's international sales, channel and alliance activities. Prior to SailPoint, he grew Sun Microsystems' identity management practice to $135 million in revenues in just 18 months. Marty joined Sun through the acquisition of Waveset, where he was vice president of North American sales and alliances. He leverages deep experience in customer-centric sales and channel development, having held sales leadership positions with enterprise software companies such as SeeBeyond, IBM/Tivoli, Sybase, and Informix. Marty is also a former member of the United States Air Force.

Troy DonleyVice President, North American Sales
Troy oversees SailPoint's North American sales activities and leads the regional sales teams and sales operations. He is responsible for driving SailPoint's revenue growth in North America via direct sales and channel partners. Troy joined SailPoint in 2006 as Director of North American Sales bringing over fifteen years' experience in building strategic customer relationships and sales leadership. His experience in sales management roles with innovative technology leaders include Sun Microsystems, Waveset (acquired by Sun in 2003), SeeBeyond and IBM/Tivoli.

Dave HendrixVice President, Client & Partner Services
Dave oversees SailPoint's partner program and leads the professional services and customer support teams. Most recently he was vice president of services at Convio, Inc., a provider of constituent relationship management solutions for nonprofit organizations, where he was instrumental in increasing client renewal rates to more than 90 percent. Prior to Convio, Dave was vice president of client services at Kinzan and has held numerous senior executive positions in professional services, operations and management consulting at companies including iXL, A.T. Kearney, Ernst & Young, and SEI Investments. He is a former member of the United States Air Force.

Dave HildebrandVice President, Engineering
Dave leads all product engineering activities at SailPoint. Prior to joining SailPoint, he held professional services engineer and development engineer positions at Waveset, where he leveraged years of experience in delivering innovative software solutions to demanding enterprise markets. Following Waveset's acquisition by Sun Microsystems, Dave served as director of engineering for the company's industry-leading identity management products. He has also held technical positions at UniSQL and WindDB.

Darran RollsChief Technology Officer
Darran directs the continued development and communication of SailPoint's technology strategy and vision. Previously, he was a member of the CTO's office at Sun Microsystems and led strategic technology and industry standards initiatives at Waveset Technologies. A respected contributor to several international XML standards initiatives, he served as Chair of the OASIS Provisioning Services Technical Committee and in that capacity led a two-year industry effort to develop the Service Provisioning Markup Language (SPML) Specification. Prior to Waveset, Darran served in senior technical leadership positions at enterprise software companies including IBM/Tivoli, PointOne Telecommunications and DBMX.

Tom BeckVice President, Finance
Tom manages SailPoint's worldwide accounting operations and financial planning and analysis. With more than 20 years of experience in finance and high-tech, he has worked with all aspects of corporate finance at startups, growth-stage companies, and public companies. Tom most recently served as the corporate controller for TippingPoint Technologies, Inc., where he was an integral member of the transaction team during the company's acquisition by 3Com. Prior to that, he held senior financial management positions at Newgistics, BroadJump, PointServe, and IBM's Tivoli Systems. He is a certified public accountant.
