As head of Services, Dave Hendrix bases every action on two key priorities: building a great team and building a base of satisfied clients. He created the foundation of that vision when he joined the company, by assembling a group of exceptional people to make up the client services team. Together, they handle implementations, training and customer support, often working hand in hand with delivery partners from the alliance partner program that Dave also established. The team's focus on helping companies reach their goals with identity governance technology has led to an exceptionally strong track record of happy clients – customers who are not only satisfied, but also have demonstrable business results.
That record of success keeps growing as SailPoint continues to build a global presence. The services team has expanded to include people in North America, Western Europe, and India who support and deploy IdentityIQ in almost every time zone. Despite the team's rapid growth, its goals remain simple: great team, happy clients, and successful business.
Dave has led the SailPoint delivery partner program and client services organization since the company's first product rollout in 2007. Before joining SailPoint, he was vice president of services at Convio, Inc., where he was instrumental in increasing client renewal rates to more than 90 percent. Prior to Convio, Dave was vice president of client services at Kinzan. He has also held numerous senior executive positions in professional services, operations and management consulting at other companies and is a former member of the United States Air Force.<< Back
